Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026  ·  Fabrik, Inc  ·  Los Angeles, California

1. Who We Are

The Creative Practice is operated by Fabrik, Inc, a company based in Los Angeles, California. When you purchase a product or join our waitlist, you're entering into an agreement with Fabrik, Inc.

Questions? Email us at creativepracticeofficial@gmail.com.

2. What We Sell

We sell digital products — including toolkits, prompt playbooks, and related resources — delivered as PDF downloads or accessed via our platform. All products are for personal, single-artist use unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own creative career. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or use our products to create competing products.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stan Store and Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are in USD.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your download link immediately after purchase. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder — or email us and we'll sort it out.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. No questions asked — just email us within 14 days of purchase at creativepracticeofficial@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full.

The only ask: try at least one template or prompt before requesting a refund. We built these to work — and if something isn't working for you, we'd rather fix it than lose you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, prompts, copy, and design in our products are owned by Fabrik, Inc and protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal license to use it — it does not transfer ownership.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content — in whole or in part — without written permission. If you'd like to use our content for educational purposes, a class, or a cohort, email us about a group license.

6. Disclaimer

Our products are educational resources. We can't guarantee specific outcomes — including gallery representation, exhibition bookings, or any particular career result. What we can guarantee is that the templates, frameworks, and tools we provide are built from real experience and designed to meaningfully improve your outreach.

Results depend on your work, your research, your follow-through, and the fit between your practice and the opportunities you pursue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabrik, Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products or site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Contact
