The Creative Practice is operated by Fabrik, Inc, based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.

When you purchase a product: Your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are handled directly by Stan Store and Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
When you join our waitlist: Your email address, submitted through our Kit (ConvertKit) signup form.
When you visit our site: Standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location. We use this to understand how people use the site and improve it. We do not sell this data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your purchase and send your download link
- To send order confirmations and receipts
- To email you about new products, resources, and updates — if you've opted in
- To notify waitlist members when new products or the community launch
- To improve our site and products based on usage patterns
